Previously Tattooed Brows
If you have had your brows tattooed before please email me directly before booking in. (Emily - [email protected])
Any bookings made where a client has previously tattooed brows and no email was sent for approval/no approval was given, will have their appointment cancelled and non-refundable booking fee forfeited.
I would absolutely love to open my books to all brows and cover ups but some brows have too much existing saturation, too much trauma to the skin from the previous tattoo, or have been tattooed uneven and by providing the following photos and answering the following questions I will be able assess and let you know if what you are hoping for with myself is achievable x
Please email me the following photos of your brows without make up in bright, indirect daylight and no filters:
1x full face looking at the camera
1x full face eyes closed
1x of each side/brow
1x of each side/brow brushing the hairs out of the way with a spoolie
(Please do not send a video)
Please also answer the following questions for me:
When did you last have your brows tattooed?
How many sessions have you have done overall?
What style did you have done?
What style are you wanting with myself?
Have you ever had any removal done on your current tattoo?
If so, what type (laser/saline etc) How many sessions have you attended and when was your last session?
I cannot guarantee results as your brows have to be approved and additional sessions may be required to achieve desired results. With cover-ups we can only go darker and, in some instances, thicker. Previously tattooed brows that are already too dark, saturated or discoloured will need tattoo removal prior to our appointment. I do not perform tattoo removal.
Booking Fees
All bookings require a non-refundable and non-transferable between artists booking fee (+ PayPal/card payment fee) made via online booking. Please consider this carefully before booking in as there are no exceptions.
This booking fee is to ensure you are serious about your appointment and goes towards the total price of your booking on the day. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
Travel Deposits for an interstate Guest Spot may require an additional non-refundable $100 booking fee (+PayPal/card payment fee) sent as an additional invoice via email and to be paid within 24 hours to secure an appointment.
Cancellation/Reschedule
If a client cancels an appointment at any time, the booking fee will be forfeited.
Minimum 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment or the paid booking fee will be forfeited.
If you reschedule a complimentary Session within 72 hours you will forfeit your session and will have to book in online.
You may reschedule any appointment once, if more than 72 hours notice is given. Any further rescheduling will require a new booking fee to be paid.
Interstate Clients - Minimum 1 weeks notice is required to amend any appointment.
Late Clients/No Show
I am currently located at 2 Manallack Street, Brunswick.
Please allow plenty of travel time and time to find parking. The number 19 tram line stops on Sydney Rd and there are 2 hour and untimed parking surrounding.
If you are going to be late please contact me via email [email protected]. I do not have a contact number.
I do allow up to 10 minutes for each client but please bear in mind this impacts on each following client for the day.
Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment rescheduled and will forfeit their booking fee. A new non-refundable booking fee will be required.
Clients who do not attend their appointment and do not notify (no show) are able to book in again but will be required to pay for the appointment in full at the time of booking plus a no show fee of $50.
Healed results, even after a Second Session, will vary with every client. Factors that can affect your individual healed results are skin type, before care, how well your retain pigment, after care followed, and how well you personally heal each session and these are things that no technician has control over. New Client appointments are considered complete after 2 Sessions (attended within 12 weeks) but additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to achieve your desired results.
I am not able to offer refunds or free appointments if a cosmetic tattoo does not work for you or heal as expected, regardless if your second session was not attended.
